HOW DO I PAY?


What payments do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express) and also with PayPal.

Why was my card declined?

Could be one of many reasons, it usually means there are insufficient funds. Don’t worry, it happens to all of us. It can sometimes be that the card has expired or that you have entered a wrong number.

Can I order tax-free?

Unfortunately not. Tax-free is only applicable to products bought in a shop and transported by you and you alone.

It is safe to pay by credit card?

Where can I pick up my order?

The order will be sent to any address you specify.

Can the delivery country be different to the purchase country?

Unfortunately not. The delivery country must be the same as where the order was made. So if it’s a purchase made in the UK, the delivery address has to be UK address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you live in Spain or Portugal, it will be less than 72 hours. You can also opt for an express delivery in less than 48 hours. If you are in any country in the EU. Your order will arrive in less than 15 days by standard delivery, and less than 7 days if you opt for express. For any other part of the world, it will be 21 days’ maximum with standard delivery and 15 if you want express.

We have contracts in place with:

  • Tipsa for Spain and Europe.
  • FedEx for the rest of the world

Our deliveries are guaranteed by these companies to arrive within the specified times above.

Are there import charges to pay?

Import duties are paid once the product arrives at its destination and the payment is added to the cost of the products. Every country has its own import policies, so it’s not easy for us to know this for all destinations, but in the EU there are currently no tariffs on imports, however there is VAT.

Do I have to pay tax to customs?

Import taxes are levied once the package reaches its destination and its cost will run to your office. Each country has a different policy on what is difficult for us to know. Within the European Economic Community, now no fee is charged but if VAT.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY


Can I send an item back?
