Alpaca fur scarves

Our alpaca hair scarves are made with natural alpaca hair. The alpacas used to make our alpaca hair scarves come from animals that have not survived the low temperatures of the Peruvian Andes. Shepherds do not slaughter their alpacas for their fur, doing so is not economically profitable. Alpacas can live 20 years, promising a much higher shearing value than selling a single pelt.

Our alpaca is tanned, softened and handmade in Peru by a small family business that has been producing alpaca accessories for generations.
